How Our Rebate Program Works
1. Call us before going to any new construction site or existing property
(Ask about our take along form)
2. If you should go for some reason without us, you must register us as your realtor.
(If the builder requires us to be there, simply call us and we will meet you at the property to sign up
with you so you can get the rebate.)  If you are going to an existing home, we must accompany you
when you first see the property.
3.The builder or seller must be willing to allow us to represent you and pay us a commission
4.Do the above & close, we will give you a rebate of up to 1% of the purchase price*.
 5.Minimum Purchase for the $1,000 rebate is a $100,000  Ask about less than $100,000 purchase

Rebates are paid only if the property closes
Some builders will allow us to register you without us being present,
we like to be present when at all possible so we can make sure that you are
getting the best deal that the builder has to offer as some builders offer
realtor special deals.  We are representing your best interest, the salesman
for the builder is representing the best interest of the builder.  Taking us
along protects your interest and you get a rebate for doing it.

* Rebates are based on the BASE PRICE of the property before any lot premiums, upgrades,
or builders incentives for new construction.
Rebates are based on us receiving a 3% commission. 
If less than 3% New construction is based on 30% or existing is based on 15% ,
of the commission paid
Example: Base Price is $284,900  Your Rebate would be $2,849
Example: Base Price is $284,900 + $20,000 Lot Premium +$15,000 upgrades Total Price $319,900 
Your Rebate would be $2,849

Not taking us along, can cost you thousands.

Rebates for Buying New Construction and Existing Homes are based on the us being paid a 3% commission
